To achieve this, we created a modern and minimalist design based on their existing brand theme. With hundreds of products on offer, a streamlined two-point navigation system was key to ensure that visitors could find the products they need within seconds without getting confused or lost in a sea of pages.
As our target audience research found that many visitors needed to be educated on the products they required, we introduced straight-forward category groups which were split into clean and information-intensive product pages along with persuasive call-to-actions. This helps visitors to quickly narrow in on the type of products they want whilst having enough information to make an informed decision and pick up the phone. This helped to extract more sales and enquiries out of their existing traffic whilst taking some of the burden off the Adverc customer service team.
Finally, Adverc needed a way to manage their website and their huge range of products with no website design or coding experience. This is why we integrated their website with a content management system which allows staff members to add, edit and remove products within only a few clicks of a button. The very simple interface also meant that staff members could effortlessly manage their own website without fear of making a mistake and breaking any sections of the site.
