Chairwork provides specialist training and consultancy focused on evidence-based psychotherapy approaches.

About the Project

The Chairwork team approached us to design and build a new website that could support online bookings and payments, alongside positioning the business clearly as a professional training provider.

The existing setup did not allow courses or events to be sold directly online, limiting revenue and creating unnecessary manual admin around bookings.

We started with a scoping session to understand how events, courses and payments needed to work in practice, and how simple the content management system needed to be for day-to-day updates.

From there, we designed a clean, professional website that reinforced trust while keeping navigation and content structure straightforward.

The site was built on WordPress with a fully integrated booking and events system, allowing users to view availability, book courses and pay online in a few clear steps. The backend was structured so the team can add and manage content easily as the business grows.
