With a strong focus on trust and local knowledge, they manage over 250 student properties and work closely with tenants who need to find suitable accommodation quickly and with minimal friction.

Their website plays a central role in helping users search, compare and book viewings with confidence.

About the Project

Property Solutions approached us to design and develop a new WordPress website that speaks directly to their core audiences and makes finding a suitable property as simple as possible.

The primary challenge was speed to result. Students and professionals want to see relevant properties quickly, without being forced through complex search forms or unnecessary steps.

We started by defining a clear visual direction that would stand out locally while keeping calls to action obvious. With a predominantly black logo, we introduced a strong yellow accent to add contrast and guide user behaviour.

From there, we focused on search and discovery. The initial search was kept intentionally simple, allowing users to refine results later rather than front-loading decisions.

Finally, we designed clear property page layouts that handle multiple variables without overwhelming users, using icons, structured information and image galleries to present listings clearly and consistently.
