ALT Agency are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and driven SEO Executive. Join a growing team within an already successful agency.

Duties & Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to join our team!

You will be responsible for the implementation of SEO and content strategies for a number of our key clients. Working within our SEO team, you will be directly responsible for achieving results for a number of our existing clients. This is an exciting time to join the business and establish yourself within a growing team.

Your work will include:

• Supporting with the creation of SEO strategies for clients
• Implementing on-page and technical SEO recommendations
• Analysis of digital performance across client accounts, and working on solutions and opportunities, including website audits, crawl analyses, keyword research, content writing, etc.
• Presenting reports to clients and the wider digital team
• Be involved in client phone, video and face to face meetings
• Keeping up to date with latest algorithm changes, updates and SEO trends

The ideal candidate will have:

• Some experience in SEO, either within an agency or in-house environment
• Experience in generating content for SEO and an understanding of how to optimise the content; including URLs, keywords, meta tags, internal link structure and external links
• Copywriting ability, able to create accurate, quality copy in a timely manner
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients and other team members.
• Highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with commercial awareness.

• The ability to actively learn and take on new skills
• Positive, energetic and a great communicator within a team
• Excellent presentation skills

Experience with the below would be beneficial:

• Experience with technical SEO
• Knowledge of SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or any alternatives
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), especially WordPress
• Strong analytical skills to analyse websites against key competitors to identify opportunities for performance improvement
• Experience in generating external links from high-quality sources
