Green Coffee – an e-commerce retailer of green coffee bean extract slimming aids – wanted us to design a website in a “big, bold American style” with a hint of glamour which was optimised to draw in as many sales as possible.
We started by using a primarily green and grey colour theme to tie in with their existing brand logo. Large fonts and high-impact images were also used to convey the bold style the client was looking for whilst showing visitors the powerful results they could achieve with the product.
Next, we created a high-converting landing page with proven online selling techniques to grab the attention of visitors and get them excited about the product so they would be persuaded to buy. Powerful graphical elements were used to get across key unique selling points which would help Green Coffee stand out ahead of their competition to grab a wider market share.
When combined with a one-page checkout system and non-intrusive upsell techniques, it ensured that sales would keep coming and coming whilst increasing order values at the same time.
The design was integrated into the Magneto e-commerce platform with a Nochex payment processor to provide smooth website operation and a comprehensive admin system which allowed the client to track orders with ease.
Since then, Alt has been recruited by Green Coffee to regularly update their website and operate e-mail marketing campaigns to increase traffic and sales in a long-term partnership.
